It is a
novel about young and pretty girl tries to kill herself but after losing consciousness
is operated by a group of doctors who avoid her death and enclose her in a
mental hospital called Villette. Once
she wakes up after a long time Veronika receives the news that due to excessive
doses of sleeping pills ingested her heart receives an irreparable damage so
after a week her heart will stop and will cause her death.
But in
this last week of her life, Veronika feel new sensations before she would never
imagined to exist, discovering inside
her a small will to live.
